Shipping Policy – Intow

At Intow, we are committed to delivering your chair orders safely, promptly, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle order fulfillment and delivery.

Shipping Area

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Transit Time

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within:

Transit Time: 5–7 business days Monday to Friday

All Delivery Time: 6–9 business days Monday to Friday

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-5, Eastern Standard Time) are processed the same business day. Orders after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rate

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6 per order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status at any time.

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Items

• If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:
• Check with neighbors or building management.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

If your product arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours and email us at need@intow.online with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Refunds for Delivered Orders

Refunds are only issued if:

• The item arrives damaged (with proof).
• You return the item within our allowed return window.

We do not offer refunds for successfully delivered items that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the shipping carrier.
