14-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges – Only for Defective Products
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at need@intow.online we can update the address only if your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once an order is shipped, changes cannot be made. So in this case please contact us here.
Order Cancellations
