After your order is processed (typically within 1–2 business days), a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return them once delivered — as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Q: Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?
If you’re ordering from outside the United States, any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
These charges are determined by your local government and are not under our control. Please check with your country’s customs office before placing your order.
Q: I accidentally placed the wrong order. What should I do?
